"The car & driver were fine. However, we received a phone call the night before our pickup from a rather pushy gentleman, insisting we move our morning departure 15 minutes sooner, due to scheduling issues on his end. He was fairly rude, which I did not appreciate. We set the time for a reason, and could not change it. We were actually concerned the driver might not show up after the phone call ended. As I said, the actual driver and car were fine when it came down to it. "
